Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website and services.

To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests, kindly follow the house rules below:

1. General Rules

•⁠ ⁠Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
•⁠ ⁠Consumption of alcohol in common areas is not permitted and may result in penalties.
•⁠ ⁠Please treat the apartment and amenities with care. Any damages caused during the stay will be chargeable.
Check-In & Check-Out
•⁠ ⁠Check-in: After 2:00 PM
•⁠ ⁠Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
•⁠ ⁠Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval.
Pool Rules
•⁠ ⁠Pool timings: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
•⁠ ⁠Pool remains closed on Mondays.
•⁠ ⁠Children must always be supervised by adults in and around the pool area.
Gym Rules
•⁠ ⁠Gym timings: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
•⁠ ⁠Please use gym equipment carefully and at your own risk.
Cleaning & Waste Disposal
•⁠ ⁠Complimentary apartment cleaning is scheduled every 3rd day.
•⁠ ⁠Additional cleaning service is available at ₹350 per session.
•⁠ ⁠Kindly keep garbage bags outside the apartment before 10:00 AM for collection.
Guests & Visitors
•⁠ ⁠Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property.
•⁠ ⁠Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Noise & Safety
•⁠ ⁠Quiet hours begin after 10:00 PM. Please avoid loud music or disturbances.
•⁠ ⁠Do not overload electrical sockets or appliances.
